Q. How do I place an order with Outdoor Gear Barn?
A. Getting started is easy. Our shopping cart can be accessed by the link in the upper-right corner of all Outdoor Gear Barn pages. This is the area where you can put the items you'd like to purchase while you shop. To put an item in your shopping cart, browse our categories or search for an item by typing it into the search box. When you find an item you would like to purchase, click on “add to cart”. This will add the item to your shopping cart. You can also see how many items are in your cart. Once your cart contains all of the products you would like to purchase, click on the "Checkout Now" button to finish your order.

NOTE: Placing an item in your cart does not obligate you to purchase it. You can always delete the item from your cart later.
Q. How can I calculate my shipping cost without submitting an order?
A. We only ship UPS Ground at this time. To calculate shipping without creating an order, first put the products you would like to purchase in your shopping cart. Click on “VIEW SHOPPING CART” at the top right. Under the Estimate Shipping, enter your zip code into the box and hit the “GO” button. You will be able to see your available shipping options in the drop down under shipping methods.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. If you place your order by Noon EST, your order will ship that day. Most items will ship the next day unless there are issues with your order.
Q. Is the price of your ammunition for a box or a case?
A. The ammunition prices we have posted are per box unless otherwise noted. We indicate how many boxes are in a case for those who prefer to order in case quantities. In most cases, there are no discounts for case quantities. We do have some ammunition that is available in cases, which are marked as such.
Q. Do you require a special license to place an order?
A. No, we do not require a special license. There are some restrictions on some of our products. We do ask that you are aware of your local laws prior to placing your order with us.
Q. Why do you charge $1.95 for shipping and handling?
A. This charge is to ensure your products are package correctly. If there is any problem, we will be happy to correct the problem.
Q. How can I be sure you received my order?
A. After your complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number via the email address you provided for your account. When your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email with your UPS Ground tracking number on it.
Q. What if I do not receive confirmation of my order via email?
A. Please call 877-528-4327 and talk to one of our Gear Experts. We can send you another copy and confirm your email address we have on file for your account.
Q. How can I track my shipment?
A. To track your shipment, login to your account and click on the Your Account tab at the top right. Click on My Order Status. Click on Details under Action Buttons/Links. This should show you your UPS Ground tracking number information. You will also receive an email from the warehouse when your order has shipped.
Q. Why didn’t UPS deliver my package to me? I didn’t require an adult signature on my shipment?
A. It is up to the UPS driver if they leave a package at an address. They may not leave a package if there has been a problem with theft in the area. If your package is sent back to us and you would like us to send the shipment back to you, there is an additional $15 fee added to your order total.
Q. Will I be charged Sales Tax?
A. Only those customers who live in Arizona will pay sales tax. Tax will not be added to any order shipping outside of Arizona.
Q. Can I add to my order once I have submitted it to you?
A. No, once your order has been placed, we cannot add any additional items to your order. Our orders are sent immediately to our warehouse for packing and shipping. You will have to place another order with Outdoor Gear Barn for any additional items you may want.
Q. What kind of Credit Cards do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Q. Do you accept orders by check?
A. No, we do not accept orders by check.
Q. I have not received my package, what do I do?
A. Call us at 888.583.4327. We will be able to assist you with your package tracking.
Q. Where can I see what is in my shopping cart?
A. To view what you have placed in your shopping cart, click on the View Shopping Cart link at the top right of the screen. This will show you what you have placed in your cart.
Q. How long do items stay in my Wishlist?
A. Any item you place in your Wishlist will be there for 6 months. After six months, the item will not appear in your Wishlist.
Q. What states do you ship to?
A. We ship to the contiguous 48 States, Alaska and Hawaii.
Q. Do you ship ammunition to Alaska or Hawaii?
A. We do not ship ammunition orders to Alaska or Hawaii.
Q. I live in Canada, can I place an order?
A. At this time, we do not ship to Canada or outside the United States.
Q. I set up my account with Outdoor Gear Barn, how can I access my information?
A. Once you have set up an account with us, you can login to your account using your email name that you provided for the account and the password you chose.
Q. I don’t remember by password, what do I do?
A. If you cannot remember your password, enter your email in the *My email address is: . The system will send you a one-time use password. You will enter your email address and the password that has been sent to you. You will then be prompted to change your password. Q. How can I see information about my order?
A. You will need to login to your account using the email and password you used to set up your account. You can view your order history by clicking on the Your Account link at the top right. Then, you will click on the My Order Status tab. This will show you all of the orders you have placed with Outdoor Gear Barn
Q. Do you accept backorders?
A. No, we do not accept backorders.
Q. Do you keep my credit card information on file?
A. No, we do not store any credit card information.
Q. I have changed my mind and would like to cancel my order. Why are you charging me a 5% cancellation fee?
A. The 5% cancellation fee covers our bank processing fees. The 5% charge applies to your total order.
Q. I see you raised the prices of your ammunition from the last time I ordered it, why?
A. Outdoor Gear Barn makes every attempt to offer you the best price possible. When you see increases in our prices, this increase has been passed to Outdoor Gear Barn by the Manufacturer.
Q. I need to return an item that I ordered that was not the correct type/size. How do I do that?
A. Please follow our guidelines for returning an item. Be aware that ammunition and Food are not returnable or refundable; all sales are final.
Q. Do you have printed catalogs?
A.No, at this time we don’t have printed catalogs.
Q. I live close to your store can I stop in and pick up my order?
A. We do not have Will Call, you will need to place your order via the website and it will be shipped to you.
Q. Can I place an order with Outdoor Gear Barn if I am under 18?
A. No, Outdoor Gear Barn does not sell products for purchase by minors.
Q. What if a product description is incorrect?
A. We reserve the right to correct any errors on our website that are found.
Q. Do you accept COD orders?
A. No, we do not accept COD orders.
Q. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A. Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Q. Is there a warranty on products that I purchase?
A. Most major brand name products purchased from Outdoor Gear Barn are backed by the manufacturer's warranty. We recommend that you check with the manufacturer to understand their warranty policy.
